Shark Bite grip added to sealer — finely ground polymer material that creates a slip-resistant surface. Add-on to any sealing job.

Using a 5" hand grinder, make feathered passes to lower the high edge and create a ramp (not a flat cut). Straight edge and level used for accuracy. Water and vacuums control concrete dust.

1) Etch/grind/sand high spots for even finish. 2) Repair existing damage. 3) Deep clean surface. 4) Apply concrete primer/bonding primer. 5) Apply 2 coats porch & patio paint. 6) Add anti-slip additive.

For hairline to 2" cracks. Dry granulated powder fill — becomes rubberized as it hardens. Prevents water seeping under concrete. Color blends over time. Can last up to 5 years.

For cracks/gaps up to 1" wide. Clear debris, place backer rod if needed, fill with Sika self-leveling caulk, top with sand for cosmetic finish. Stay off for 12 hours.

Caulk back patio joints/cracks with medium bronze color caulk.
